Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client's team in the North West region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out heating and combustion maintenance, reactive repair works, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out heating and combustion maintenance, reactive repair works, and other related tasks
  • Work within set time frames to meet clients' expectations
  • Undertake heating and combustion PPM works
  • Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding
  • Maintain stock control systems as directed
  • Carry out on-call duties as part of a rota
  • Commercial and domestic installations
  • Domestic fault finding and servicing
  • Minor plumbing works
Requirements:
  • Commercial gas qualifications (CIGA1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A) - Essential
  • Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, CPA1)
  • A full driving licence - Essential
  • Significant previous experience in a similar service environment
  • Must be flexible in their approach to work
  • LPG or Oftec Oil tickets - Desirable
  • HVAC Control Systems - Desirable
  • Previous experience of PFI building maintenance - Desirable
  • Legionella Awareness - Desirable
  • Experience of BMS systems - Desirable
