Eden Scott is seeking an experienced Information Management Advisor to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in information management, document control, quality control, or compliance to work with a highly collaborative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best practice guidance and consultation on information management practices, system development, and administration.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver staff training and awareness sessions on information management practices.
  • Administer and manage the electronic document management system (EDMS).
  • Implement new and maintain existing EDMS workflows using M365 Power Automate.
  • Ensure all configurations are tested, efficient, effective, and flexible to adapt to a growing organization.
  • Maintain and coordinate the information management audit schedule, carrying out assigned audits and logging findings as required.
  • Enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility of internal and external documents.
  • Provide quality assurance to ensure documents and records are managed to satisfy site license requirements, statutory regulations, company, and local directives, procedures, and safety rules.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electronic document management systems, preferably SharePoint.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
