Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their shopping journey.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and participate in visual merchandising activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
