We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Education team in Norwich.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional academic results in English to students with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and planning, with a strong ability to work with students who require additional support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless curriculum delivery and effective student progress monitoring
  • Maintain high standards of behavior and safety within the classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and external agencies to facilitate student success

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in English or related field, with significant experience in teaching and planning
  • Proven ability to work with students with complex needs and challenging behaviors
  • Strong understanding of National Curriculum requirements and assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
