About the Role:

We are working with a leading local organisation to recruit a Stock Coordinator on an initial 3-month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience to develop their skillset in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock goods and maintain accurate stock records
  • Manage stock records manually and on the internal database
  • Handle internal queries from various stakeholders
  • Enter and record data for stock serial numbers and track expiry dates
  • Ensure accurate and timely paperwork
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Strong system skills, including MS Excel
  • Administrative and/or pharmaceutical experience
