Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - SEND. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
The role will involve working closely with students who require additional support, providing individualized tuition and small group instruction to help them reach their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant - SEND, you will be an integral part of our student support department, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to students with SEND, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
- Delivering 1:1 tuition and small group instruction to students with varying abilities
- Assisting with the organization of teaching and learning resources
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students
- Experienced in working with students with SEND, ideally with SEMH needs
- Ability to engage with and inspire young learners
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
