Job Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to take responsibility for the marketing of our MODUS industrial metrology products. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining market position, pricing, and promotion of the product line, as well as managing its market adoption and product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis for the product line to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Owners to define product specifications and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement marketing, pricing, and sales strategies for new and existing products.
  • Monitor product sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee product launch activity and ensure successful market introduction.
  • Work with Marcomms departments to drive effective marketing promotions and communications.

Requirements

  • A higher education qualification in a technical, engineering, or commercial discipline.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or technical experience in an engineering-related field.

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes.

Person Specification

The successful applicant will be well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. They will also have effective decision-making and analytical skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
