Executive Chef and Kitchen Strategist

Compass UK & Ireland is a leading provider of food service solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As an Executive Chef and Kitchen Strategist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences for Healthcare clients on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

• Lead the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals that meet our clients' expectations
• Develop and implement menus that showcase our market-leading food service expertise

You will be responsible for preparing and serving food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Extensive experience in senior culinary leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

The ideal candidate will have a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available to enhance your skills and knowledge.
