About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our engineering projects, focusing on systems between 1-10 million in value. This role offers a clear career progression path within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle for engineering systems
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, suppliers, and clients
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Report project status to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, preferably in mechanical systems or similar (capital equipment / food processing / automation etc)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the 1-10 million+ range
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with project management software and tools
