About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of our products through all phases of the development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components for our products, including electronics packaging, thermal management, and precision machining.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and manufacturing teams, to ensure seamless product development.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test procedures.
  • Present engineering design review materials to our customers and executive team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university or institution.
  • 9 years of industry experience in design and analysis of electronics packaging, including thermal, vibration, and stress dynamics hand calculations and simulations.
  • Expertise in aerospace and space industry design, development, and qualification.
  • Expert-level proficiency with professional mechanical CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and FEA tools (Ansys preferred).
  • Experience with CNC manufacturing.
  • Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
