About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager in Exeter. As part of our supported housing service, you will play a key role in supporting young people and women experiencing homelessness, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to address homelessness in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day management of the supported housing service, ensuring high-quality services delivery
  • Supporting clients, providing guidance and resources when needed
  • Working closely with local partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in supported housing or related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners

What We Offer:
