Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Operate and maintain essential factory machinery to meet production goals.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are kept in optimal working order through preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
What You Need

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A completed mechanical apprenticeship and relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds, B Tech, or NVQ Level 2 or 3.
  • Solid mechanical skills in areas like metal fabrication, welding, and machine maintenance.
  • The ability to adapt to the rotating shift pattern.
