Job Title: Class 1 Driver

Job Summary:
KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Driver to work within our client based in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area. The successful candidate will be responsible for trunking palletised stock to RDCs, working 8 to 12 hour shifts, and maintaining the upkeep of the cabs they operate in. The ideal candidate will have a valid full UK licence, CPC & Digi Card, C+E Entitlement, and a minimum of 6 months experience. They will also require good knowledge of the WTD and a professional and flexible attitude towards work. The role offers competitive rates, including days, nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a guaranteed 8 hours paid. Key Responsibilities:
• Trunking palletised stock to RDCs
• Working 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Carrying out vehicle checks
• Maintaining the upkeep of the cabs
• Securing loads safely before driving
• Meeting the requirements of the WTD

Requirements:
• Full UK valid licence
• CPC & Digi Card
• C+E Entitlement
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Good knowledge of the WTD
• Professional and flexible attitude towards work
• No endorsements for major offences

Rates:
• Days - £17.60ph
• Nights - £18.48ph
• Saturday - £18.92ph
• Sunday - £19.36ph
• Guaranteed 8 hours paid
