Job Title: Firmware Manager

We are seeking an experienced Firmware Manager to join our team at Collins Aerospace Electronic Controls and Motor Systems, Solihull. As a Firmware Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers to design and develop complex FPGA-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
