Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
  • Rostering and Staffing: You will coordinate shift rosters and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our patients.
