We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef De Partie to join our prestigious and well-established modern restaurant in the heart of London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to standards set by the restaurant.
  • Supervise and support junior chefs in their daily tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring their work meets the restaurant's high standards.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Requirements:
