Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

Staffbase Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client's team in the Midlands region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional commercial gas heating plant, installation, and maintenance services to clients throughout the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, gas fired burners, and heating plant
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of Air Conditioning and ventilation plant, including chiller plant and AHU's

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified commercial gas engineer with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent pipe work, brazing, and installation skills, with good electrical engineering skills being advantageous.

A valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points is required.

Working Hours and Benefits:

The role will involve working 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available at excellent rates. The successful candidate will also receive a competitive salary, company vehicle, 33 days annual leave, uniform, and pension scheme.
