Salary Information:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from £6.60 for those aged 16 to £11.75 for individuals over 21 years old.

About the Role:
This is a part-time role, working 8 hours per week, and you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred shifts within these constraints.
As a barista, you'll be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining a clean store environment, and providing excellent customer service.
With regular feedback and coaching, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences.
- Prepare high-quality beverages according to company standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid passport (for future opportunities).
