About Our Team

We're looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of adults in their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Helping Hands, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and stay in the place they know and love.

• We don't require previous social care experience, but you'll need to have the Right to Work in the UK and a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
• You'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, working in mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
• As a directly employed member of our team, you'll have access to our pension scheme, holiday entitlement, and the opportunity to earn up to £100 for referring a friend.
• We also offer paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls and early pay app requests up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday.
• Our care assistants are supported to complete nationally recognised qualifications, including the Care Certificate.
