About the Role

Norse Commercial Services Limited is seeking a skilled Relief Caretaker to join our team. As a Relief Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our school buildings and associated sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the school buildings and associated sites are maintained to the highest standards, providing a clean and safe environment for all on site.
  • Secure the site and perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring the building is in good repair and works are planned around its service users.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and procedures.
