We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team in Sheffield. As a General Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to our service users with a range of general nursing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high standards of care to service users
* Create and work with person-centred-care plans
* Accurately and thoroughly maintain service users records
* Administer medication
* Monitor and assess the needs of service users
* Lead a team of carers
* Liaise with outside professionals

Requirements:

* Be nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified)
* Have strong clinical skills
* Have a clean DBS and good references
* Be aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
* Ideally experienced within a nursing home background
* Have exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done
* Have a professional attitude to your work
* Reliable, committed to your nursing and able to evidence strong personal standards
* Experience of caring people with dementia
