OCR Alpha, a global alternative investment management consultancy, is seeking a skilled Event Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, client engagement, and creating impactful marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute events across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless delivery and strategic impact.
  • Develop and manage event invitations, track responses, and coordinate effective post-event follow-ups.
  • Organize and manage client roadshow events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client and prospect communications, addressing inquiries with precision and efficiency.
  • Support the development and production of compelling marketing presentations.
  • Assist in implementing strategic marketing initiatives and perform cost-benefit analysis to optimize campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



  • 2-4 years of post-university experience, preferably in event planning or client services within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • A high level of attention to detail and an analytical mindset to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
