About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Park School, a specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and other support staff in creating a supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students. You will also have opportunities to contribute to curriculum planning, teaching assistant duties, and developing your professional skills through ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting teachers in lesson preparation, delivery, and evaluation
  • Providing individualized support to students with complex SEMH needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to data analysis

Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
