Are you a highly experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a challenging leadership role? Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse /Deputy Hospital Director to join their team in a specialist mental health centre just outside Leeds.

This dynamic inpatient provision supports adults with complex presentations relating to mental health and/or a personality disorder, some of whom may also have learning disabilities, across low security and rehabilitative services. The hospital has recently been refurbished to provide a contemporary and collaborative environment.

As a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse /Deputy Hospital Director, you will be responsible for making a definitive positive impact on patient care through strong and effective leadership. You will work closely with the team to develop and motivate staff to deliver outstanding clinical care.

The successful candidate will have substantial clinical management experience within mental health services at a level of Unit Lead or higher. They will also have a successful track record in healthcare management, including developing and motivating teams to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to deliver outstanding clinical care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating service performance

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include free on-site parking, free meals, and a pension scheme.
