Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at Lavoro Talent Solutions. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing and remedial works in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works in void and occupied properties
  • Work in a mobile role, visiting various domestic and commercial premises
  • Use electrical multifunctional test meters, step ladders, drill, and mobile phone provided by the company
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the social housing sector
  • Confidence in carrying out EICRs and domestic remedial works
  • Valid driving license and ability to work in a mobile role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
