We are working with Blom and Blom, an independent day nursery based in High Wycombe. The company is recruiting for a Nursery Manager to oversee the nursery setting.

This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 18 months' experience in nursery management, demonstrating a sound understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To lead and manage a team of staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and values.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in nursery management.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
