Primary Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic primary teacher to join our dynamic team at Simply Education Ltd. As a primary teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to the needs of your assigned class.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cohesive schemes of work and share best practices.
  • Attend staff meetings, contribute to the school community, and participate in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Passion for primary education and a dedication to fostering a love of learning in young students.
  • Ability to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
