Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Health Your Way. As a Support Assistant for Daily Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our client, enabling them to lead a fulfilling and independent life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Accompany the client on outings and engage in activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Fully trained on epilepsy care and first aid
- Must have a full driving license and be able to transport the client safely
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check and references
- Full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
What We Offer
