Structural Engineer - Birmingham

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Birmingham Building Structures team as part of our expansion and growth plans across the Midlands and the UK.

Our multidisciplinary practice delivers integrated engineering solutions across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. We are proud to play a key role in some of the world's most challenging and innovative engineering projects across sectors including Education, Commercial, Residential, Defence, Energy, and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your technical expertise to a wide range of building structures and engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver results within budget and time constraints.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and prepare information for presentations.
  • Present design outcomes to clients under the guidance of senior project leads.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures.
  • Work with BIM standards and follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
  • Gain experience with parametric modeling and coding (such as Dynamo, Python, or C++) as part of your development.
  • Attend site visits and design meetings, representing the project team.
  • Mentor and assist the development of junior staff and apprentices.
