Job Description

Axion Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Analyst to join their best-in-class finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including balance sheet reviews, statutory accounts, and regulatory reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement new controls and procedures to enhance financial performance.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with multiple departments to assess balance sheets, determine correct reconciliation, and suggest improvements.
  • Mini-Audit: Conduct intensive mini-audits of balance sheets ahead of year-end audits.
  • Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly turnover reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Advise on new structure and assist with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Recent graduate of Accounting and Finance (or related subject), or studying towards AAT.
  • Skills: Confident, personable, and enthusiastic in nature. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Self-driven, ambitious, and exceptional attention to detail.
