About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your focus will be on supporting and working alongside the Care team to provide a safe, caring, and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact care and ensuring that new needs are met.
* Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
* Support residents with their medication requirements and undertake staff supervisions to support their development.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.

About You

Our ideal candidate must:

* Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Have 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
* Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Have a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
* Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. You will also need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
