Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our New Struan School residential team as a Night Shift Autism Practitioner.

New Struan residence supports 11 young people between the ages of 10-18 years old, with varying support packages. As a Night Shift Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or similar conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
