Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Seven Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide support to learners with complex needs, including ASD, SLD, and PMLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in ensuring all learners' continuing educational development through establishing constructive relationships and contributing to Individual Education/Behaviour Plans.
  • Assist teachers in fostering attractive learning environments to ensure that learners spend their school life in stimulating surroundings.
  • Prepare, maintain, and use equipment/resources required to meet lesson plans/relevant learning activity and assist learners in use.
  • To ensure accurate records and observations are kept so that learners receive the maximum benefit from their education.
  • Administer routine tests and invigilate exams and undertake routine marking of learner's work.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must have had experience in a similar role and experience with SEN.
