Job Title: Associate Director Façades

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Façades to lead our façade engineering team and drive business growth in this exciting field.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and engineering of building façades, considering structural integrity, energy efficiency, material selection, and architectural aesthetics.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to grow our façade engineering services.
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate façade design seamlessly into overall building design and construction.
  • Managing a team of façade engineers and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success and professional development.
  • Overseeing the entire façade engineering process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced façade engineer with a strong track record in business development and team leadership. You will have:

  • A proven track record in work-winning and business development.
  • Experience of delivery in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment working with challenging clients on world-class projects.
  • The ability to build a strong team to support you in the delivery of façade engineering projects.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and regulations related to building façades both domestically and internationally.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
