Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our strong-performing finance function. As a key member of our team, you will provide insightful financial planning, commercial support, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of management financial reporting, including sales, partner program budgeting, initiative ROI, regular forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Develop and maintain an effective forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis capability to provide senior leadership with actionable insights and metrics.
- Collaborate with the business to develop commercial finance support, including incentive analysis and partner analytics, and disseminate best practices.
- Lead product pricing initiatives across all countries, ensuring optimal pricing strategies.
- Analyze ROI and gross margin on proposed promotions and track performance against expectations.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence Team and Regional Directors to facilitate clear commercial return on investment on sales initiatives.
- Communicate company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using relevant metrics.
- Prepare presentations in support of board meetings, monthly/quarterly, and senior leadership meetings.
- Participate in financial modeling and due diligence efforts for new market openings.
- Provide commercial insights and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
- Minimum 5 years of finance analyst experience in a high-functioning consumer-focused global environment.
- CIMA qualification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong commercial agility, with the ability to work with senior management to ensure financial rigor and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and analysis skills.
- Fluency in a second European language (German, Spanish, or French) is advantageous.
