We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the South West of England.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities within the project schedule. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain effective communications and execute project strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the work scope and interfaces within the contract or package of work
  • Maintain effective communications with stakeholders and execute project strategies
  • Ensure the List of Deliverables (LOD) is delivered
  • Assist in securing resources to meet project requirements
  • Develop and manage project and programme plans
  • Manage change control processes
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Planning software skills (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Cost software skills (e.g. SAP)
  • Risk software skills (e.g. ARM, EcoSys, @risk, Safran)
  • English language skills (written and verbal)
  • MS Office skills
