About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Food Production Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating production line equipment, following recipes and production guidelines, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow recipes and production guidelines to prepare food products.
  • Monitor the quality of products and perform regular quality checks.
  • Package finished products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
