Assistant Manager | Retail | £28,000 + Bonus
Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their retail team. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Create an engaging and welcoming store environment that meets the needs of customers
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience at Assistant Manager or similar level
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
