Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of the warehouse
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and optimize storage
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve production targets and goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Pack and label products for distribution
  • Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a food processing or warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Counterbalance forklift license or experience
  • HACCP training

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.95
  • Weekly bonus available (YTD average is £80 per week)
  • Flexible mid-shift pattern: 2x 1pm - 8pm, 2x 11am - 6pm, 1x 1pm - 5pm
