Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for all pupils, ensuring timely and efficient data entry.
  • Monitor and report on attendance patterns and concerns to senior staff, providing actionable insights to inform school-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a school office, specifically in an attendance role, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in school management software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
