Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to join our team as an In-House Advocate. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to re-train and specialize in Advocacy work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake advocacy and drafting work on general personal injury cases, including CMCs, CCMCs, directions hearings, Stage 3, and Infant Settlement hearings.
  • Work closely with our team to provide expert advice and guidance on personal injury litigation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our personal injury strategy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong advocacy skills and a desire to specialize in Advocacy work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
