Support Worker Position in Glasgow

Are you passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities? ENABLE Glasgow is seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team at Balshagray House Service in the west end of Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
">In this role, you will provide 24-hour waking support to service users with complex needs, working closely with our dedicated management team to ensure the best possible outcomes. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you can develop your skills and contribute to our mission.
As a successful candidate, you will be required to support individuals with daily living tasks, maintain their health and wellbeing, and assist with household chores. While experience in residential support work is beneficial, we encourage applicants from various backgrounds to apply.
ENABLE Glasgow offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including regular training and professional development opportunities.
