Minister of Faith

Perryville Bible Church is seeking a Minister of Faith to serve as the spiritual leader of its congregation.

About the Position

• The successful candidate will be a seasoned minister with a deep understanding of biblical teachings and a passion for spiritual growth and development.
• They will be responsible for guiding the church's mission and vision, as well as overseeing the worship services and pastoral care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the church's spiritual growth and outreach.
• Foster a culture of spiritual growth and development among church members.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited Bible college or seminary.
• Significant experience in ministry, preferably in a senior pastor role.

Compensation Package

The compensation package is designed to support the church's commitment to its Senior Pastor. It includes a salary in the 70-80k range, as well as a parsonage owned by the church.
