Healthcare Assistant - Day Shifts

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Stagenhoe, a Brainkind specialist neurological care centre. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing expert care and support to individuals with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery
* Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of clients, reporting any changes to senior colleagues as necessary
* Assist in maintaining morale by communicating and interacting with clients
* Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
* Review and suggest enhancements to the individual's experience
* Promote choice in care delivery and support, enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely

About You:

* S/NVQ /QCF Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant subject/training (desirable)
* S/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, with a commitment to taking part in QCF studies
* Proven experience of working within a team
* Good communication skills
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* IT skills, including accessing and using the internet, email, and word

Enhancements:
