Maintenance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial team in Scotland and Northern Ireland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our plant through the continuous improvement of maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 14 engineers in planned and reactive maintenance
  • Planning and developing effective maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring the plant is running efficiently and effectively

About the Role:

This is a varied and challenging role that requires a strong background in maintenance management. You will have the autonomy to create your own maintenance schedules and work with a large stable business that offers industry-related training.
