Experienced Education Support Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Camden, London. This full-time role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to support students with additional needs, helping them to manage their behaviour and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Work closely with teaching staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils to support their development
- A minimum of 2 terms' experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting
- Proven ability to support students with SEMH needs and to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- A passion for making a difference in young people's lives and a strong commitment to their development
- Pay: £96-105 per day PAYE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 16.00 (approx)
- Contract: October 2024 – July 2025
