We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction and removal of earthworks on an important environmental scheme. As a critical project, the Site Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and successful delivery of the works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction and removal of earthworks, ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely and in line with project requirements.
- Lead all operations related to earthworks, ensuring that every stage of the project is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Manage project paperwork, including quality assurance (QA) documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on managing paperwork, quality control, and safety processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
