Job Overview: As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting the Superintendent Pharmacist in developing and maintaining pharmacy procedures and processes. This is a 5-day week on-site position in Oxfordshire, requiring excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free eye tests, discounts on non-prescription products, and a pension plan.


The successful candidate will be registered with the GPhC and have a passion for pharmacy. They will be flexible in working hours and have experience in a mid-level or senior role.


You will work closely with the Risk and Safety team to root cause and resolve incidents, manage near misses, and create action plans. Additionally, you will train and develop the Pharmacy workforce, collaborate with the Supply Chain team to manage inventory, and deputise for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.
