Main Responsibilities- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver recreational activities that cater to patients' creative and recreational needs.
- Work with patients and their relatives to identify and develop activities that promote engagement and participation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives on the ward.
