Delivery Excellence
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
About the Role
As a Delivery Professional, you will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
- Manage your delivery route, using your own initiative to ensure timely delivery

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of customer service, be able to work independently and have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive monthly salary, overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), full uniform provided, company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates and lots of opportunity to develop a career.
